Overview
As the Store Manager for Pandora, you will immerse yourself in the brand, culture, and products, leading the sales floor, driving sales, and coaching a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates.

- Recruit, hire, and develop talent for Assistant Store Manager, Sales Associate, and Sales Lead positions.
- Partner with Divisional Sales Manager and HR to identify and resolve performance issues and policy violations.
- Implement visual merchandising directives, efficient operational processes, and continuous talent development.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high‑performance retail environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a sense of care.
- Ability to charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all organizational levels.
- Business acumen and analytical thinking that delivers positive results.
- Talent magnet: skilled in recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams, including succession planning and internal mobility.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and retail point‑of‑sale systems.
- Minimum age 18; able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Flexible work schedule: nights, weekends, holidays; ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time.

- Competitive salary: $68,000 – $85,000 commensurate with experience.
