Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the facility to ensure a safe and thrilling experience for every guest.

Lead, motivate, and mentor your team to deliver excellent service and maintain high energy levels.

Monitor facility safety protocols, equipment maintenance, and track conditions to meet our standards.

Manage inventory, supply orders, and financial reports to keep the business running smoothly.

Coordinate events, parties, and corporate bookings to maximize facility usage and guest satisfaction.

Foster a welcoming atmosphere where both customers and staff feel valued and excited to be here.

Requirements

Three years of experience in retail, entertainment, or hospitality management.

Experience managing staff, including scheduling, training, and performance coaching.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail regarding facility upkeep and safety.

Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and basic office software.

Ability to work weekends and evenings as the business requires.

Passion for motorsports or karting is a definite plus.
