Now Hiring Store Manager
The General Manager will play the key role in the operation of our Gas Station. The General Manager has overall responsibility for:
- Directing daily operations of a Gas Station
- Ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention of team members, financial accountability
- Ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer
- Other duties as required or assigned
Requirements
- Minimum age 18 years old
- Must be able to learn to operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) within 15 days
- Handle and manage rapid cash flow, and be 100% accountable for company assets and property
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule as needed
- Ability to carry 30 pounds with proper technique
- Normal English verbal skill and basic math calculations
- Well groomed appearance
- Punctual on time and punctual with money
- Ability to work in various temperatures like coolers and outside temperatures
- Ability to remain calm and respond to changing situations
- Physical requirement includes standing up to 8 hours a shift (rare situations can be up to two shifts)
- Valid Driver’s License
- 5 years of store management experience
- Food Handling Certificate and references are preferred

Ensuring correct item price matches sale price within the company’s policy and procedures.
Image + Display + Appearance
When entering the vicinity there is a sense of organization, high‑pace procedures in stocking, cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and shelves and racks are free of dust‑buildup. Clean and sanitize all fast food and drinking equipment, all windows are free of fingerprints, equipment checks, and temperatures are operating or a sign that display otherwise. Our Core program prefers a 95% or higher team score where individuals’ tasks are held accountable for point deductions.
Security
Robbery and theft deterrence is practiced all the time. Reporting to the sheriff department for robbery, theft, or removal of any business hindrance. Follow company policy with regard to excessive cash. Be alert to shoplifting prevention procedures.
