Functions & Duties

Manages Restaurant Environment

• Ensures prompt, friendly service per Uncle Harry’s guidelines
• Directs activities & controls performance of team members
• Breeds a culture of teamwork with emphasis on service, quality and cleanliness
• Effectively schedules team members to meet customer flow
• Hires, trains & reviews performance of team members & shift leaders
• Trains, retrains & disciplines team members as required; terminates employment if necessary
• Maintains minimum levels of turnover by team members
• Ensures all safety rules are followed
• Keeps all restaurant equipment working to specification
• Manages team member Performance
• Promotes recruitment of quality team members
• Effectively trains new team members following company procedures
• Retrains existing team members as deemed necessary
• Assigns job duties and follows up on completion
• Monitors acceptable team member performance and documents situations that may require disciplinary or corrective action
• Ensures suggestive selling takes place 100% of the time
• Maintain Controls
• Responsible to maintain food, labor and operating expenses at acceptable levels
• Protects the assets of Uncle Harry’s
• Accurately performs weekly inventory & ordering procedures
• Works to increase sales by improving friends’ (guest) experience
• Complies with cash handling procedures
• Assures compliance to all local, state and federal laws
• Accurately prepares all daily & weekly paperwork submissions
• Team Member (Employee) Development
• Responsible for the development of team members
• Promotability of team members is a key measure of performance
• Inspire teamwork and breeds a culture of nothing less than outstanding performance in all areas
• Develops goals and action plans for personal growth
• Provides a superior role model by completing all assignments and duties properly and on time
• Performs job performance reviews for team members on a regular basis

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE 2+ years of RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT experience, preferably QSR
• MUST HAVE weekend availability
