Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Store Manager to lead the operations of a unique, high-volume grocery store in South Jersey. This role is responsible for the overall performance of the store, including operations, customer experience, financial results, merchandising, staffing, food safety, and team development. The Store Manager will lead approximately 200 employees across multiple departments and serve as the driving force behind creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers and a positive workplace culture for our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
• Manage and develop department managers and store leadership.
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and achievement of financial goals.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, recruiting, onboarding, and employee development.
• Ensure strong inventory management, product quality, and merchandising standards.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, OSHA, and company policies.
• Analyze key performance metrics and implement strategies to improve results.
