Responsibilities
- sLead all day-to-day retail store operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience and strong business performance
- .Recruit, train, coach, and develop a team of sales associates and keyholders
- .Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative store culture
- .Drive sales growth through clienteling, team development, and strong floor leadership
- .Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with customers, cultivating loyalty and repeat business
- .Monitor store KPIs, analyze sales trends, and develop action plans to achieve and exceed goals
- .Manage scheduling, payroll, and labor budgets to maximize productivity and profitability
- .Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, cycle counts, and loss prevention initiatives
- .Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently executed and maintained
- .Maintain store presentation, cleanliness and operational excellence at all times
- .Partner with marketing and leadership teams to support in-store events, activations, and community-building initiatives
- .Handle customer concerns with professionalism and ensure resolutions align with company standards
- .Prepare and communicate regular business updates, sales reports, and operational feedback to leadership
.Qualification
- s4+ years of retail management experience, preferably within contemporary fashion, luxury, premium denim, or lifestyle brands
- .Proven track record of driving sales and achieving business goals in a retail environment
- .Strong leadership skills with experience recruiting, training, and developing high-performing teams
- .Passion for fashion and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- .Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- .Experience with clienteling and cultivating a loyal customer base
- .Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze sales data and make strategic decisions
- .Hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- .Experience with POS systems, inventory management, and retail reporting tools
- .Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- .Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends, holidays, and special events as needed
