About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a high-end fashion retail location in New York City. This role is ideal for a polished, commercially driven retail leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, developing teams, and driving strong store performance.

The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, sales, clienteling, team development, inventory, and overall store standards.

Key Responsibilities

Store & Business Management

• Lead daily store operations and drive sales performance
• Achieve and exceed store sales and financial goals
• Monitor business performance and identify opportunities for growth
• Oversee inventory, expenses, and operational processes
• Maintain a high standard of store presentation and retail excellence

Team Leadership

• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate the store team
• Set clear goals and performance expectations
• Create a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment
• Support ongoing employee development and training

Client Experience & Clienteling

• Deliver an elevated, personalized customer experience
• Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat business
• Support clienteling initiatives and local customer outreach
• Develop a strong understanding of the local client base

Operations

• Oversee inventory management, shipments, stock, and cash handling
• Ensure all store procedures and operational standards are followed
• Partner with internal teams to resolve operational and store-related issues
• Support and execute store events, activations, and local partnerships

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail management experience
• Previous Store Manager or equivalent leadership experience
• Luxury, premium, or high-end fashion retail experience preferred
