Store Manager Requirements
- At least 3 years of restaurant management experience; fast-casual experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of daily operations, food and labor costs, inventory, scheduling, cash handling, and food safety.
- Proven ability to train, coach, and develop supervisors and team members.
- Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Focused on increasing sales and providing a great guest experience.
- Must be reliable, hands-on, and available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- NYC Food Protection Certificate required.
- English required; Spanish is a plus
