Store Manager New York

As an experienced Store Manager , your main mission is to develop turnover and to optimize retail profitability of the store by respecting the commercial business strategy, internal processes, values, and image of the brand.

Responsibilities:

• Driving the growth and retention of a high-value client portfolio through strategic clienteling and CRM activities;
• Analyzing the results and implement action plans defined with the headquarters and guarantee follow-up at the store level;
• Leading, motivating, and continuously developing the team through training sessions and regular performance reviews;
• Managing inventory levels, stocktakes, and product flows to ensure optimal product availability;
• Overseeing all administrative, cash-handling, and reporting processes within the store;
• Ensuring compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and quality standards;
• Ensuring excellence in the sales rituals as per company policy;
• Promoting the culture of the brand internally and externally.

Requirements:

• Relevant retail management experience in the luxury sector;
• Powerful leading skills and business orientation;
• Strong customer management abilities, service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills;
• Fluent communication in English, Italian would be a plus.

Location: New York

Salary Range: 100.000$ – 110.000$
