Store Manager – Heavenly Buffaloes (Erwin Rd. – Durham, NC)

Pay: $18.00–$22.00 per hour, based on experience

Heavenly Buffaloes is looking for an experienced, motivated Store Manager to lead our Erwin Road location in Durham. We're searching for someone who is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and enjoys building strong teams while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall success of the restaurant—from leading daily operations and developing employees to managing costs, driving sales, and creating an environment where both guests and team members enjoy coming to work.

What You'll Do

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high‑performing team
• Create schedules that balance excellent guest service with labor goals
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and food safety
• Manage inventory, ordering, food costs, and waste
• Monitor labor, sales, and profitability to meet company goals
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally
• Ensure compliance with health department regulations and company policies
• Foster a positive, accountable, and team‑oriented work environment

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience (fast‑casual or casual dining preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and cost control
• Ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and making decisions under pressure
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
