Job Qualifications

Four years of progressive retail management experience, which includes at least one year of mid-level retail management within the last three years.

Or

Bachelor's degree and two years of progressive retail management experience, which includes at least one year of mid-level retail management within the last three years.

• PCS authorized for eligible associates. Relocation entitlements/allowances may vary.

Salary Minimum

$62,693.00

Major Duties

Supervises staff to ensure proper operation of facility and customer satisfaction.
Establish goals to maximize sales, productivity, and minimize inventory costs.
Develops and mentors staff for future development.
Coordinates sales promotions activities.
Performs other duties as assigned.
