Store Manager
Established grocery retailer is seeking a Store Manager to lead operations at a Northern California location. This role requires a proven grocery leader with strong experience in operations, labor management, financial performance, and team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of daily store operations
- Drive sales, labor performance, and profitability
- Lead and develop department managers and store personnel
- Maintain compliance with company policies and employment regulations
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards
- Analyze business results and implement improvement initiatives
- Maintain operational excellence across all departments
Required Qualifications
- 2-3+ years of Store Manager experience
- Understanding of labor management, sales, and P&L accountability
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check

- Grocery retail management experience
- Extensive grocery industry experience
- Knowledge of California labor laws

Compensation & Benefits:
- This position offers a competitive base salary of $80,000-$90,000, along with an annual bonus opportunity and the potential for additional earnings through 6th-day overtime pay. The schedule is 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with Sundays and Tuesdays off. A relocation package is available for qualified candidates, and the company provides a comprehensive benefits package.
