Role Description

The Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Kotsovos Furs and Fine Apparel in Montgomery, OH. The person in this role oversees daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, inventory monitoring, and sales floor organization. Responsibilities include leading and coaching the sales team, setting service standards, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring an exceptional in-store experience. The Store Manager tracks sales performance, implements retail loss prevention practices, and supports scheduling, training, and performance feedback for store staff. This role also collaborates with ownership on promotional activities, product assortment decisions, and continuous improvement of store processes.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a commitment to creating a positive shopping experience.
• Effective Communication skills to interact with clients, lead store teams, and collaborate with management.
• Previous experience in retail, fashion, or bridal industry is highly beneficial.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working on-site, standing for extended periods, and engaging directly with customers throughout the day.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, retail management, or fashion is a plus.
