Store Manager - Luxury Jewelry

Overview

Our client, a luxury jewelry company, is seeking a driven Store Manager to lead their Madison Ave store in NYC.

Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sales team by leading & motivating for optimal performance to achieve goals


• Oversee team's schedule for seamless store operations


• Manage and maintain store visual standards


• Ensure sales team is proactively following up and building relationship with clients


• Communicate monthly targets to sales team and provide support as needed


• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays


• Implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail management


• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.


• Excellent sales management abilities with a track record of achieving targets.


• 5-7+ years experience in a selling fine jewelry


• Customer-focused mindset


• Ability to build and maintain client relationships


• Self-starter, highly motivated, excellent time management and prioritization skills
