Store Manager

We are seeking a hands-on Store Manager to lead daily operations for a high-touch retail location in Los Angeles. This person will bring strong leadership, a customer-first mindset, and an appreciation for thoughtful products, visual presentation, and a polished in-store experience.

The Store Manager will oversee the team, build schedules, coach and develop employees, and ensure the store is operating efficiently each day. This is an active, floor-focused role for someone who enjoys connecting with customers, supporting a team, and creating a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and team coverage.
• Train, coach, and motivate a retail team while setting clear expectations and maintaining accountability.
• Deliver an elevated customer experience and support the team in building lasting client relationships.
• Maintain strong visual merchandising standards and a clean, organized sales floor.
• Monitor store performance, inventory needs, and operational priorities.
• Partner with leadership on sales goals, staffing, and overall store success.

Background

• Retail leadership experience, including Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or comparable management roles.
• Strong people-management and scheduling experience.
• Background in visual merchandising, client service, marketing, or specialty retail is valuable.
• Positive, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Target compensation: $70k/year
• Paid Silver PPO medical coverage beginning in the second month of full-time employment.
