Position: Store Manager (Full Time), reports to Director of Stores.

Responsibilities

• Provide a unique and entertaining guest experience from beginning to end, including confirming reservations, welcoming guests, hosting events, and ensuring timely communication.
• Work closely with the District Manager to build the business and maximize store sales potential.
• Cascade business opportunities and sales trends to store staff.
• Act as a Color Expert when needed, guiding guests with expertise and creativity.
• Create a strong, positive, and energetic environment for the team through feedback, coaching, and reinforcement of Lip Lab values and standards.
• Recruit, train, and motivate new hires to adopt the Lip Lab way.
• Provide consistent on-the-spot coaching and feedback to team members.
• Ensure manufacturing, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained.
• Create weekly schedules that align with payroll budget and targets.
• Order stock and supplies while optimizing expenses.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership and team building experience.
• Strong leadership examples and a can‑do attitude.
• Excellent guest service orientation and ability to create an upbeat atmosphere.
• Clear understanding of sales targets and business growth.
• Experience recruiting, building, and managing a strong team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Google Docs, and payroll systems.
• Strong multitasking and time‑management skills; ability to deliver guest experience.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Willingness to travel for company events, meetings, and trainings.
• Open availability (weekends and holidays required).
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, bend, kneel, squat, and reach overhead and below shoulder level.

Salary

Salary range: $68,000 - $75,000 per year, based on store location and experience.
