Pandora is seeking a Store Manager to lead our brand and team on the sales floor in the United States. You will immerse yourself in our culture, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive sales through coaching and daily leadership.
You will recruit, develop and inspire the store team, partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and HR to resolve issues, manage visual merchandising, and ensure KPI targets are met while upholding Pandora's standards and values.
