Casper is seeking a Store Manager to lead a flagship retail team in a fast paced environment. You will drive sales, manage the store P&L, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience across the Casper brand.
You’ll recruit, coach, and develop talent, establish training standards, and partner with HQ to execute marketing and inventory strategies. This role requires 40 hours/week, weekend availability, and a willingness to relocate for growth opportunities.
