Contract Details
Contract Type: Permanent, Contract Hours: Full Time (40 hours per week)
Location: VPZ Kettering. Expected to work 5 days out of 7, including weekends.
What you'll be doing
- Inspiring and motivating your team to deliver a level of customer service that exceeds all expectations
- Coaching and developing your team members in all aspects of their role
- Organised to effectively plan priorities and be able to respond to deadlines and challenges
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of the store including rota management/time and attendance, store standards, stock management and cash handling in line with company procedures and best practice
Experience you’ll bring
- Experience in managing a team, preferably within a retail or hospitality environment
- Strong leadership skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to cope with changing priorities, maintaining a calm and resilient work ethic
- Able to work well under pressure when required.
- Familiarity with vaping products would be beneficial but not essential as industry-leading training will be provided.
