Job Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older


• Flexible availability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week


• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation


• 1+ year of leadership experience in a fast paced environment

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading the day-to-day operations of your store - managing schedules, inventory, and team performance


• Hiring, training, and coaching your team of baristas to be the friendliest, fastest crew in town


• Creating a welcoming, high-energy environment where both customers and team members feel valued


• Owning the customer experience and ensuring every drink, smile, and interaction is top-notch


• Driving store sales and hitting performance goals through smart decisions and an eye for opportunity


• Keeping the store clean, organized, and up to brand standards


• Jumping in wherever needed - whether it's whipping up lattes or solving a scheduling puzzle on the fly
