Dollar General Store Manager Candidate supports the Store Manager in implementing store processes, supervising staff, managing inventory, stocking and receiving, paperwork, and store needs. This role is designed to develop an external candidate for the Store Manager position for a limited period.
The candidate will participate in recruiting, merchandising, inventory control, and cashier accountability while ensuring cash handling accuracy and a safe, clean store environment.
