CVS Health is launching a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to develop the next generation of CVS Store Managers. The role features a 16-week, self-paced training with a mix of virtual and hands-on experiences and coaching from an appointed leadership team.
Participants gain exposure to district leadership, HR, and store-manager mentors while developing leadership and store profitability skills to advance within CVS.
