Store Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, energetic and driven Store Manager to join our growing auto parts team. This role focuses on leading others, driving growth and profitability within a market-leading NAPA store. You will be responsible for developing a strategic plan, managing operations, and ensuring exceptional customer care.

Responsibilities

• Identify new customers and revenue opportunities for the store
• Operate in a fast-paced retail store environment and drive performance
• Assist outside sales in identifying, developing and maintaining wholesale accounts
• Build, guide and develop an engaged team to deliver outstanding customer service and strong business results
• Continuously improve processes and procedures
• Protect and maintain the security of store assets
• Maintain pride in safety and store appearance

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Passion for delivering customer care and building long-term relationships
• Knowledge of inventory controls, stocking levels and seasonal shifts is a plus
• Personal drive, self-motivation and initiative to accomplish business goals
• Customer focus and high energy in a fast-paced store
• Ability to operate a cash register and navigate computer and catalog systems
• Team-oriented with a strong customer focus
• Technical or trade school courses or degree (preferred)
• Background and/or passion for automotive, heavy equipment, farm, diesel, marine, or dealership
• Experience in a parts store, auction, retail store, auto body/collision, or related management role
• ASE Certifications (preferred)
