Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire and train employees
- Schedule employees and manage tasks
- Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints
- Conduct performance appraisals for employees
- Analyze daily sales and manage finances
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in retail sales preferred
- Ability to supervise and train
- Ability to use computer for analysis and reports
- Valid driver's license and transportation
