Responsibilities
Our store managers are the backbone of our teams and keep us united. While leading your team to greatness, you’ll have the autonomy to run your own small business by:
- Hiring, training, and developing your team to grow with us – acting as a coach and mentor, guiding them toward success and development
- Maintaining a proactive operational‑excellence mindset to efficiently manage operating expenses, drive sales growth and promotional activities, manage product orders and inventory, schedule shifts, conduct surveys and continuously strive to exceed company metrics
- Supporting rollouts of company initiatives and reaching store‑level and district goals
- Helping your team by demonstrating best‑in‑class customer service when assisting customers
- Stocking, cleaning, working the cash register and any other additional duties, as needed

- Must have at least one of the following: a bachelor’s degree, one year of continuous store or retail management experience, or two years of continuous assistant store manager or supervisor experience
