Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, and retain qualified employees while complying with labor laws.

Qualifications & Skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to interpret manuals, perform math calculations, and handle cash procedures.
- Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and safety policies.
- Management experience preferred; high school diploma or equivalent recommended.
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds, stand/walk frequently, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual skills may be preferred for some locations.
