Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, evaluate, and retain qualified employees, ensuring proper staffing and compliance with labor laws.
• Communicate performance expectations, conduct performance reviews, and address employee development needs.
• Oversee store opening and closing, manage inventory levels, and ensure merchandise presentation according to standards.
• Analyze sales and expense data to identify business trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure store security, cash handling accuracy, and adherence to safety policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for staff and customers.
• Follow company policies, complete documentation, and support team collaboration.

Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to interpret manuals, perform math calculations, and handle cash procedures.
• Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and safety policies.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to various situations.
• Bilingual skills may be preferred in some locations.

Experience & Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Management experience in retail is advantageous.

Physical & Working Conditions

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 40-55 pounds.
• Use of equipment such as scanners, pricing guns, and carts.
• Fast-paced environment with occasional outdoor exposure.
