Onsite Full Time Management & Operations

Responsible for managing store operations, including staffing, training, inventory, merchandising, and customer service to ensure smooth daily functioning and financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, select, train, evaluate, and retain qualified employees, ensuring proper staffing and compliance with labor laws.
  • Provide performance feedback, conduct evaluations, and manage employee development and discipline as needed.
  • Oversee store opening and closing, maintaining safety, security, and operational standards.
  • Analyze sales, profitability, and expenses to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage inventory levels through ordering, stock presentation, and cycle counts, ensuring product availability.
  • Ensure accurate cash handling, security, and adherence to company policies.
  • Lead in providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, safe shopping environment.
  • Utilize tools and equipment efficiently, follow policies, and complete documentation accurately.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Ability to interpret operational documents and perform basic math calculations.
  • Knowledge of cash handling, inventory management, and merchandising practices.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in recruiting, hiring, and managing staff with legal compliance.
  • Preferred high school diploma and management experience in retail.
  • Ability to solve problems and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual skills may be a plus depending on location.

Physical & Working Conditions

Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 40-55 pounds. Occasional climbing and outside weather exposure. Regular use of equipment and transportation for store tasks.
