Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1-5 years retail management experience, specialty retail preferred
• Strong relationship-building and leadership skills
• Ability to train, coach, and develop staff
• Independent judgment and decision-making skills
• Basic computer skills
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends
