Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1-5 years retail management experience, specialty retail preferred
- Strong relationship-building and leadership skills
- Ability to train, coach, and develop staff
- Independent judgment and decision-making skills
- Basic computer skills
- Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends
