Store Manager (Entry Level)

AmeriCash Loans has served customers since 1998. We are seeking a dependable, customer-focused Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Greenville location.

The Store Manager is responsible for achieving store goals, maintaining company standards, supervising employees, and delivering excellent customer service.

Primary Responsibilities

• Increase sales, strengthen customer relationships, control expenses, and prevent cash losses
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Set a positive example in sales, collections, customer service, productivity, and professionalism
• Train, develop, supervise, and motivate store employees
• Assist customers and regularly perform Customer Service Representative duties
• Safeguard confidential customer and company information
• Maintain accurate cash balances and financial transactions
• Keep the store clean, organized, professional, and safe
• Build relationships within the local Greenville community
• Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Strong basic math and cash-handling skills
• Basic computer skills; Microsoft Excel proficiency is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to protect confidential information and exercise sound judgment
• Ability to prioritize, delegate, and follow assignments through completion
• Commitment to delivering professional and respectful customer service

Schedule

• Full-time
• Store hours: Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
