About Our Retail Team

Responsibilities include:
- Oversee daily store operations
- Improve customer service and sales
- Maintain community relations and resolve complaints
- Schedule staff and conduct meetings
- Hire, train, and evaluate employees
- Manage inventory and cash handling
- Ensure safety and loss prevention
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
- 3+ years retail management experience (thrift experience preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Valid driver’s license and pass background check
- Effective communication skills
Physical Demands:
- Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs
- Perform repetitive tasks
Schedule:
Stores operate 7 days a week. Flexibility required for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
