Store Manager
Smoothie King is the nation’s oldest retailer of nutritional smoothies, vitamins, and nutritional supplements.
2 year of management experience is required in roles such as shift lead, assistant manager, store manager.
Key responsibilities include:
- Learn all franchise policies and ensure the store follows them.
- Learn all franchise procedures for making smoothies and food, and work on the line when necessary.
- Hire all employees.
- Supervise all employees, including Team Members and Team Leaders.
- Reporting to the District Manager.
- Create weekly employee schedules.
- Ordering and inventory counts.
- Pay staff weekly.
Requirements:
- 2 year management experience in roles such as shift lead, assistant manager, or store manager.
- Experience in Smoothie King preferred.
