Your Role As a Store Manager
- Manage the customer experience by leading a talented team to deliver outstanding service and custom solutions for hair and beauty needs.
- Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals by overseeing all operations, maintaining budgets, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory.
- Protect customers, associates, and store assets by enforcing safety and security rules and company policies.
- Maintain a pristine store appearance at all times.
Qualifications to Be a Store Manager
- At least 3 years of customer‑service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales‑management experience.
- Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
- Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
- Self‑starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn, develop, and educate staff and customers.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Passion for all things hair and beauty.

Legal Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
- May be exposed to fumes and odors on occasion.
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
The position requires physical exertion such as long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items. The role involves working around moving parts, carts, or machines and may include exposure to irritant chemicals.
