Store Manager – Department Store
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a mid-volume department store. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, leading and developing a strong team, maintaining an outstanding store image, and driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate store employees
- Ensure a consistently high level of customer service
- Oversee store presentation, merchandising, and visual standards
- Monitor inventory levels and sell-through performance
- Manage daily operations and drive sales results
- Semi-Annual bonuses if set goals achieved
Qualifications:
- Previous retail management experience (department store or high-volume retail store)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with merchandising, inventory management, and retail systems
