What you’ll do:
- Lead by example to create a welcoming, personalized shopping experience.

What we’re looking for:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working in women’s fashion retail is required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- A passion for styling, selling, and developing a team.
- A dependable, organized approach and the ability to prioritize in a busy retail environment.
- Previous retail management or team leadership experience preferred.
