Key Leadership Responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, develop, and retain high-performing team members
• Build Assistant Managers and Shift Leaders into future General Managers
• Lead by example with integrity, professionalism, and servant leadership
• Execute Wingstop standards and operating procedures flawlessly
• Deliver outstanding food quality, cleanliness, speed, and accuracy
• Maintain food safety, health department, and Steritech compliance
• Achieve sales, labor, food cost, and profitability goals
• Protect company assets through scheduling, inventory, and cash controls
• Create memorable guest experiences through hospitality and guest recovery

Qualifications & Skills

• Preferred restaurant leadership experience
• Strong communication, coaching, and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of labor laws and food safety standards
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
