Managers In Training will learn to manage daily store operations alongside experienced leaders. Training includes working with a Training Manager and Supervising Manager, covering company operations, retail team management, vendor relations, and guest service. Post-training, you will join our bench leadership team, supporting store operations until assigned your own store.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and deliver exceptional customer service
- Assist in building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, coaching
- Maintain product levels and ensure stock rotation
- Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety in locations with hot food
- Maintain store cleanliness and appearance
- Operate cash register efficiently
- Support food service operations where applicable

Minimum Education
High School or GED
Preferred Experience & Certifications
1 year retail or food experience; ServSafe/Food Safety certification is a plus but not mandatory

Additional Details
This is a full-time position with varied hours, including weekends and holidays. Ability to work 40 hours with overtime as needed. Must have own vehicle for deposits (if applicable). Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods is required. Uniforms are provided for food safety.
