Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting, staffing, and training staff.
• Support merchandising, stocking, and presentation of products.
• Manage inventory, including damages, markdowns, and stock levels.
• Ensure proper cash handling, security, and financial integrity.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote a safe shopping environment.
• Review sales and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Complete necessary documentation and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; retail experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret documents, perform basic math, and learn store systems.
• Knowledge of cash handling, inventory, and merchandising practices.
• Ability to solve problems and adapt to various situations.
• Preferred bilingual skills in Spanish at some locations.

Physical & Working Conditions

• Frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 40-55 pounds.
• Occasional climbing and driving for store-related tasks.
• Fast-paced environment with moderate noise; exposure to outside weather.
