Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruiting, staffing, and training staff.
- Participate in store merchandising, stocking, and presentation according to company standards.
- Support inventory management, including damages, markdowns, and audits.
- Help ensure product availability and accurate ordering to meet in-stock targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and act as a role model for store policies and procedures.
- Contribute to store opening and closing activities, ensuring security and cash handling integrity.
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and proper documentation of operations.
- Analyze sales, expenses, and inventory data to identify business trends and improvement opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Ability to interpret operational documents and perform basic math.
- Knowledge of cash handling, inventory practices, and merchandising.
- Effective communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish and retail experience.
Additional Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; retail experience advantageous.
- Physical ability to walk, stand, lift up to 40-55 pounds, and perform store tasks.
- Willingness to travel occasionally; environment is fast-paced with moderate noise.
