Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager, located in Petaluma, CA. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing store staff. The role involves handling customer service inquiries, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and maintaining efficient and effective communication with team members. The Store Manager will also be involved in executing marketing plans and monitoring inventory levels.
Qualifications
- Excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Proven experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
- Leadership abilities and the capacity to manage a team effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in retail or real estate management is beneficial
