Store Manager

The Store Manager is responsible for the overall operation and success of the store. This position leads the team, provides excellent customer service, manages sales and expenses, maintains a clean and safe store, and ensures all company policies and procedures are followed.

• Lead, train, coach, and hold employees accountable.
• Provide excellent customer service and lead by example.
• Create and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store and property.
• Prepare and manage employee schedules based on business needs.
• Control labor costs and manage staffing effectively.
• Monitor sales, promotions, loyalty programs, and store performance.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, waste, and product availability.
• Maintain accurate cash, lottery, cigarette, vape, and inventory controls.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and proper product rotation.
• Complete required paperwork, reports, counts, and daily management tasks.
• Ensure all employees complete required training and follow company procedures.
• Report maintenance, safety, employee, and operational issues promptly.
• Work professionally with vendors and service providers.
• Follow all company policies, safety requirements, and applicable regulations.

The Store Manager is expected to lead by example, take ownership, communicate effectively, solve problems, and hold the team accountable.

The Manager should treat the store as if it were their own—taking pride in the store, the team, and the customer experience.

• Previous retail, convenience store, food service, or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Dependable and willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to meet all company, safety, and regulatory requirements.
