Pandora is seeking a Store Manager for our U.S. team. You will fully immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and product while delivering exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor.
You will coach and manage Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads and Sales Associates to drive sales and build brand loyalty. The role requires 3–5 years of leadership in a high-performance retail environment, a passion for people, and the ability to connect with customers and staff across levels.
