Store Manager

Summary

We are seeking a Store Manager for the Boston boutique to lead daily store operations, drive sales performance, and ensure the highest level of luxury service. You will manage and develop a high-performing team, execute operational standards, and support business initiatives to meet quantitative targets. The role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and attention to inventory and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by analyzing key metrics, implementing action plans, and achieving quantitative targets.
• Act as a brand ambassador and manage VIC/client initiatives to deliver exceptional luxury service.
• Lead, coach, and develop the store team; participate in recruitment, career development, and performance management.
• Oversee daily operations including opening/closing, scheduling, inventory management, cycle counts, and stockroom organization.
• Manage after-sales processes such as alterations, repairs, and spare parts, and report facilities or maintenance issues.
• Control store expenses and P&L-related items while ensuring alignment with corporate operational and visual merchandising guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, labor laws, and company policies, and communicate with retail leaders and cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of management and sales experience in a luxury retail environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and retail digital tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing a high-volume store with strong knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management.
• Ability to travel and work weekends; ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
