Responsibilities
- Operate a single store, including hiring, managing, and directing associates.

- Prepare for success by completing an 8+ week store leadership training program.

Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Serve Safe certified
Physical Requirements
Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches, work in hot and noisy kitchen environments, and adapt to a fast‑paced work environment.
