**Store Manager** to lead our boutique team and elevate the Diptyque client experience. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who thrives in a luxury retail environment and is committed to driving business results while nurturing a high-performing team. We are seeking a passionate and experienced As Store Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the boutique—ensuring every client interaction reflects the elegance and excellence of Diptyque. You will oversee all aspects of store performance, from sales and operations to team development and client engagement.Share product knowledge and brand storytelling to inspire and educate the team. Ensure a seamless and branded onboarding experience for new hires. **Client Experience & Community Engagement** 5+ years of retail management experience, ideally in luxury or beauty.Strong business acumen and analytical skills. Proven ability to lead teams and deliver exceptional client experiences. Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
