Responsibilities
- Own full store operations—from sales and profit to safety and appearance
- Recruit, train, inspire, and develop your team for success
- Ensure smooth flow of merchandise from stockroom to sales floor
- Foster a safe, welcoming environment for both customers and associates
Qualifications
- 5+ years of retail management experience with proven leadership success
- Strong operational and business acumen
- Excellent communication, organization, and team-building skills
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
