Position title: Store Manager
Reports to: District Manager
As a Store Manager at Joe & The Juice, you’re not just running a store — you’re building a culture, setting the standard, and leading a team toward shared success. You’re responsible for the daily operations of your store, ensuring the highest performance possible across all areas.
Key Responsibilities – What you’ll do
- Team Leadership: Build, lead, and inspire a high‑performing team through coaching, feedback, in‑store training, and inclusive team activities.
- Guest Experience: Deliver world‑class hospitality by creating strong guest relations and turning regular customers into loyal returning fans.
- Store Operations: Ensure shift planning, workflows, and staffing are optimized according to our Daily Concept Workflow and Team Positioning.
- Performance Metrics: Own and improve KPIs such as returning guests, app conversions, product availability, complaints, waiting time, and store audits.
- Compliance & Safety: Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by upholding local laws and company health, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Inventory Management: Oversee stock handling, ordering, and inventory routines to balance waste and maximize profitability.
- Sales & Profit: Take full ownership of your store’s financial results — from hitting sales goals to managing labor, overhead, and DOC.
Key Qualifications – What experience you’ll add to the team
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or retail.
- Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to deliver on targets.
