Store Manager (Store #1140, Cottonwood, Arizona)

Starting at $20.00/hour to $22.00/hour + Bonus

Job Summary

This position is involved in all phases of the operation, including leasing storage & parking, managing a team, assisting with maintenance, supervising onsite projects, communicating with the home office team, and maintaining good relationships with tenants. Store Managers contribute by running an organized office, engaging positively with customers, following up on leads, maintaining business relationships with clients and vendors, and communicating clearly with the entire management team.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

• Leasing storage and parking
• Managing a team
• Assisting with maintenance
• Supervising onsite projects
• Communicating with the home office team
• Maintaining good relationships with tenants through outstanding customer service
• Keeping the facility rented at optimum levels
• Preparing units for auction and vacating units as prescribed by law and approved by management
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and proof of current auto insurance
• Superior customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer literate with solid office skills
• Take‑charge/can‑do mentality while able to follow procedures
