Role Description


The Store Manager at MINISO USA in Austin, TX is a full-time, on-site role responsible for leading daily store operations and team performance. This role oversees staff scheduling, training, and coaching to ensure consistent customer service and adherence to company policies. The Store Manager monitors inventory levels, merchandising standards, and visual displays to maintain an attractive and organized sales floor. Additional responsibilities include managing cash handling procedures, tracking sales performance, implementing retail loss prevention measures, and resolving customer concerns. The role works closely with regional leadership to meet sales targets, maintain operational efficiency, and uphold MINISO’s brand standards.
