• Build, develop, and maintain strong, long-term client relationships , ensuring a loyal and engaged customer base
• Lead by example through a hands-on presence on the sales floor , actively driving sales and client engagement
• Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team focused on clienteling and service excellence
• Analyze business performance and implement strategies to exceed sales goals and KPIs
• Ensure the boutique reflects brand standards in visual merchandising, operations, and overall presentation
• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and loss prevention
